Returns

Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will correct the issue and provide a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, cannot be returned.
